The Conference of Coordinating Council took place on the 25-th of January, the following items have been discussed:
-The results of the Company in 2009;
-The analysis fulfillment of “Plan for expansion” in 2009;
-Company goals in 2010;
-Quality program, efficiency assurance and production development in 2010;
The last year was very difficult for our Company. Nevertheless, we managed to keep the staff, the relationships with customers and to carry out many tasks that were set for 2009.
The foundry complex IP-400 TC («ITALPRESSE» production) was set into operation. This complex consists of: die-casting machine with cold compression box, holding electric furnace, metal-loader, die lubricator, extractor, two thermo stating units, trimming press.
There appeared a new subdivision in the structure of the Company – Alloys Production Area.
The volume of production exceeded the planned one by 10,7%.
The certifications audit for quality management system accordance to the demands of International Standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 was normally completed in June 2009.
According to the last year results the reject level of serial products was considerably reduced in the steel investment casting (the reject level 0,1%) and machine assembly shop (the reject level 0,01%)
There were mastered 22 aluminum castings, 30 steel castings and 4 finished parts in 2009.
The Company development program for 2010 was adopted on the Conference of Coordinating Council. One of the main goals is to put into operation the Consumable Pattern Casting Area.
The Company is planning to enlarge the production facilities of machine assembly shop by one third at the expense of machine tools renewal.
Sales volume of the products is planned at the level of year 2008.
In general, the management quality system (MQS) in 2009 is acknowledged as satisfactory and ensuring the constant effectiveness improvement according to the Standard Requirements ISO 9001:2008.
The fulfillment of these and other tasks, specified in the Company development program will allow to approach to the main goal – Customers’ requirements satisfaction and aspiration for surpassing their expectations to the quality of the products.
