From the moment of foundation our company always aspired to be the leader. Every time we reached those goals, that Company had set.
We are informing proudly that our company made one more essential step to achieve the aim of taking the leading place in Ukraine among die casting producers foundry complex IP-400 TC was purchased and set in operation. It is the most modern such foundry equipment in our country for today.
Company – producer «ITALPRESSE» SpA – world known Italian producer of foundry equipment, having nearly 40 years experience in developing and constructing the contemporary cold chamber high pressure casting machines.
Foundry complex includes:
1. Die-casting machine with cold chamber IP 400 TC. The machine enables the clamping force 400 tons, which allows to produce castings with weight up to 3.2 kg. The specific feature of machine is pressing unit TC, which allows complying with high requirements to castings.
2. Electric holding furnace Marconi TEX 1000 with capacity 1000 kg.
3. Metal-loader ÑÀÌ VS1, used for metal ladling and its transporting from holding furnace to the press-chamber of the machine.
4. Automatic lubricator model Acheson DAG 1000 MCT, mounted on immobile plate of the machine and designed for die lubrication and blow-off. The equipment operates with a program enables to position the lubricator with a precision up to tenth parts of millimeter.
5. Robot-extractor TPZ 2À, also mounted on immobile plate of the machine. Extractor is designed for automatic cast extracting from the die and placing it on pallet.
6. Two thermostatic systems for dies TOOL-TEMP TT-388. Designed for preliminary heating and constant temperature maintenance of mobile and immobile die parts. Max. temperature provided is 360°Ñ.
The complex is operated by the system of control and monitoring IDEA 3. All the data (pressure, velocity, time and other) are entered directly from the control board, there is no manual control demanded. IDEA 3 system also carries out the diagnostics of complex operation, system conditions, availability and level of consumables.
The separate unit of foundry complex is press PA-25, which designed for gate runners and burrs trimming.
