One of the components of the mission of the Tavrian casting company «TALKO» is to meet consumers’ requirements and surpass their expectations concerning quality of the products. Experts of out company have developed and introduced the system of quality management for design, development and production of steel castings, aluminum castings, finished parts and units. The system of quality management of the company has been certified by certification body TÜV THÜRINGEN (Germany) to requirements of the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. On the 21st of March 2006 the recurring audit certifying correspondence of the QMS of the company to requirements of the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 was finished. The term of certification has been prolonged for 3 more years. In order to ensure control over the technological process and high quality of the finished products, the company has an accredited laboratory, equipped with a complete set of test equipment that enables to determine chemical composition, mechanical properties, casting microstructure. In the manufacturing process casting are tested for leaks and dimensional accuracy.
